One Thursday night, while taking his stroll through the woods after visiting his friend, Mr. Bear, the little hedgehog found a ragged heart, loaded it in his wheelbarrow and brought it home to mend. All the animals knew he had the most wonderful collection of needles, being the most talented quilter.

Crocodilul prinde contur

A mers mult, săracul, până să ajungă aici. A cutreierat o lume întreagă, a căutat culori, contururi şi fiinţe care să-l înţeleagă. A încercat multe, a ajuns la capătul pământului şi al puterilor, a văzut chiar şi un sfârşit de lume (s-au salutat şi au mers mai departe). Am încercat şi eu să îl cunosc mai bine, am petrecut multe seri la poveşti împreună. Pe vremea când nu ne cunoşteam aşa bine, credeam despre el că e Crocodilul Ghena deghizat. Apoi am citit povestea lui, Pe Cuvânt de Crocodil, şi am înţeles că e doar văr de-al doilea cu Ghena. Curând o să fie gata. Până atunci, iată imagini de pe gaura cheii cu el şi prietenii lui…

Cu lacrimi de crocodil

Micul crocodil începe să prindă contur şi prietenii lui stau şi ei cuminţi la coadă, la vârful peniţei. Care plânge cu lacrimi de crocodil. Ar folosi, parşiva, toate culorile posibile din infinitul mic, dar nu am de gând s-o ascult, pentru nimic. Prefer să las povestea să mai şadă trei zile pe pervaz. Şi apoi mai discutăm. Mâine mă duc să-mi umplu rezervele de tuş verde magic, special pentru micul crocodil. Ştiu eu o brână ascunsă de ochii pământenilor de rând.

Un om minunat şi foarte creţ a găsit reţeta perfectă pentru deznădejde şi rădacini uscate. Când se golise tot borcanul cu balsam pentru suflet, Creaţa din poveste a găsit o reţetă nouă de fabricat gânduri bune şi degete neastâmpărate.

E singurul atelier de ilustraţie de pe meleagurile astea. Şi de ieri am început o istorioară, despre un mic crocodil necunoscut în târgul nostru, care va prinde viaţă de-a lungul a zece săptămâni. Şi o să învăţ multe secrete: despre forzaţ, vignete, pagina de gardă şi câte şi mai câte…
